Oxford Stars Ice Hockey Club

Physiotherapy match day and training provision.

Evolve Rehabilitation & Therapy are Oxford Stars’ official provider of physiotherapy cover for the mens’ first team home matches and training sessions this 2026-27 season.

Men’s ice hockey is a fast-paced contact sport involving collisions, fall and repeated skating movements carried out at speed. Despite protective equipment, ice hockey players can experience a range of musculoskeletal injuries including concussion, shoulder and knee injuries and hip and groin strains.

Our lead Physiotherapist, Simone Passeri, supports Oxford Stars with real time injury assessment and treatment, as well as longer term rehabilitation and conditioning to reduce injury risks and help players return safely to the ice.
