I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and Sport Psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience working across both NHS and private practice settings. I am a member of the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (CASES), the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), and the International Association for Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (IAREBT).
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of people, including children and adults experiencing significant mental health difficulties, as well as athletes seeking to optimise performance through the application of psychological skills and strategies. I am trained in a number of therapeutic approaches and most commonly draw upon Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Motivational Interviewing in my work.
I support athletes who want to enhance their performance, overcome barriers such as anxiety and low confidence, and develop the psychological skills needed to perform consistently under pressure. My background in clinical psychology also enables me to work with athletes experiencing mental health challenges and emotional difficulties, whether these are related to sport or arise from other areas of life.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong interest in leadership and service development. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership and have extensive experience designing, developing, and leading healthcare services. I also provide consultation, supervision, and reflective practice facilitation, and work with organisations and teams to promote psychological flexibility, resilience, and psychological safety.
I am an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist and qualified Sports Therapist, working with athletes, active adults, and people recovering from musculoskeletal injuries or surgery.
My approach is evidence-based, holistic, and centred around the individual. I believe effective rehabilitation means treating the person, not just the injury, taking into account the physical, psychological, and lifestyle factors that influence recovery and long-term wellbeing.
I hold a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and an MSc in Sports Therapy, combining physiotherapy expertise with a strong understanding of athletic performance, biomechanics, and the demands of sport. This background enables me to support everyone from recreational exercisers to competitive athletes, as well as those simply looking to return to everyday activities with confidence.
Having worked with athletes and active individuals across the UK and Italy, I am passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and achieve their goals.
Whether guiding someone through post-operative rehabilitation, managing a persistent injury, or supporting a return to sport, my focus is always on delivering practical, personalised care that achieves lasting results.
I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Society of Sports Therapists (SST).
Outside the clinic, I enjoy running, cycling, climbing, skiing, football, and hiking. Staying active myself helps me understand the challenges, motivations, and demands faced by many of the people I work with.
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with almost a decade of experience working across both public and private sector services. Throughout my career, I have supported people of all ages experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties and complex needs. I have also worked in research settings and in psychology and public policy.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a range of complementary psychological models to help clients achieve their mental health, wellbeing, and personal goals. I most commonly use Compassion Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy, which can be particularly helpful for people experiencing anxiety, depression, self-criticism, and relationship difficulties.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health and emotional difficulties, helping them develop greater self-compassion, strengthen emotional resilience, and build the skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Together, we explore the strengths, values, and resources that can support meaningful and lasting change.
I have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing body image concerns, including body dysmorphic disorder. I help clients understand and manage the thoughts, emotions, and social pressures that can influence their relationship with their body, with the aim of fostering greater self-acceptance and psychological wellbeing.
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working across psychology services in both Poland and the UK. My specialist areas of interest are Trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional wellbeing, and sexual wellbeing. Throughout my career, I have supported people of all ages in navigating a wide range of mental health difficulties, complex needs, and life challenges.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based psychological models to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. My work is primarily informed by Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), which focuses on understanding the patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that can contribute to emotional difficulties. I also draw on Compassion Focused Therapy to help people manage self-criticism, shame, and emotional regulation difficulties, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy when supporting individuals who have experienced trauma.
I work collaboratively with clients to develop greater emotional awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and build healthier and more effective ways of relating to themselves and others. I have extensive experience supporting people who have experienced trauma and aim to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic environment in which meaningful change can take place.
I have a particular interest in helping people understand and change unhelpful relationship patterns. Together, we explore recurring ways of relating that may be contributing to ongoing difficulties and identify more flexible and adaptive approaches that support wellbeing and personal growth.
I provide therapy in both English and Polish, allowing clients to work in the language in which they feel most comfortable.
