Physical Therapies

Our therapists are all qualified Sports Therapists and/or Physiotherapists with experience of working with athletes and active adults of all ability levels. With in-depth knowledge of current evidence-based practices, our therapists will be able to assess your needs, and design and implement an effective rehabilitation plan to get you back doing what you love. 

Our therapists can treat both chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, using a variety of treatment modalities, such as exercise prescription, sports massage, ultrasound and taping. We work together as a multidisciplinary team so that our clients have access to a wide range of sports therapy and physiotherapy options, including psychology where beneficial. 

Our physical therapy sessions are held at The Fitness Experts gym on Harwell Science Campus, Oxfordshire.
