Simone is an HCPC registered Physiotherapist and qualified Sports Therapist, working with athletes, active adults, and anyone recovering from musculoskeletal injuries or surgery. With a strong foundation in evidence-based, holistic, and psychologically informed practice, Simone believes in treating the person, not just the injury — taking into account physical, psychological, and social factors to support lasting recovery and performance.
Holding a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and an MSc in Sports Therapy, Simone brings a depth of sport-specific expertise that complements his physiotherapy practice. His background in Sports Therapy adds a unique dimension to his physiotherapy approach, providing a deeper understanding of athletic performance, biomechanics, and the demands of sport at every level.
Having worked with athletes across the UK and Italy, Simone combines clinical precision with a genuine passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to what they love with confidence. Whether supporting someone through post-operative rehabilitation or helping an athlete manage a chronic condition, Simone’s goal is always the same — to empower his clients to achieve optimal performance and long-term wellbeing.
Simone is a member of the UK Society for Sports Therapists (SST) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Outside of work Simone can usually be found in one of many outdoor athletic pursuits. He enjoys running, skiing, climbing and cycling, and is an avid hiker. Simone has walked routes in England, Wales and Italy, in addition to climbing mountains in Italy and in Iran. When staying local Simone likes to train in the gym and play football.

Sandra is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working across the psychology sector in both Poland and the UK. She has supported individuals across the lifespan, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health difficulties, complex needs, and life challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based psychological models to meet clients’ unique needs and goals. Sandra’s primary approach is informed by Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), which focuses on understanding patterns of relating, thinking, and behaving that can maintain emotional difficulties. She also incorporates Compassion-Focused Therapy to address issues related to shame, self-criticism, and emotional regulation, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy when working with clients who have experienced trauma.
Sandra works collaboratively with clients to develop emotional regulation, foster reflective self-awareness, and strengthen interpersonal effectiveness. She has experience supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, offering a safe, compassionate, and supportive therapeutic environment. She has a particular interest in unhelpful relational patterns, helping clients recognise repeated ways of relating to themselves and others that contribute to ongoing difficulties and supporting the development of more flexible, adaptive ways of relating. Sandra provides therapy in both Polish and English, allowing clients to work in the language they feel most comfortable with.
